Vonzel Sawyer Jr-Owner
Vonzel started Zel Investments & Acquisitions Corporation with investors and sellers needs in mind. With a passion for flipping houses, he has a knack for finding properties whose value has the potential to increase exponentially! It also means he has a great eye and lots of connections to contractors, landscapers and anyone else you might need to buy cheaper and sell for a profit! He has killer instincts when it comes to selling and buying.
He has fallen in love with the business of Real Estate. Establishing long-lasting relationships with his clients, creating exciting experiences for buyers, and getting sellers TOP dollar for their homes is essential to him. In addition, he is responsible for the oversight of a large number of homes to ensure owner’s investments are properly maintained. Each year since he has been in Real Estate, he has doubled sales, accomplished yearly goals, becoming TOP in his arena. His mission is to work in the spirit of excellence at all times and in all fashions of Real Estate.
Vonzel is an experienced real estate investor. His investing experience includes single and multifamily real estate, and land development. His current focus is on residential properties, multifamily real estate / apartments, education and acquisition of multifamily units.

Antoine Leacock-Owner
As a seasoned real estate professional, and nationwide licensed notary Antoine recognizes and values the trust his investors place in him, and he strives every day to exceed their expectations. He has been a leading producer in real estate for many years. Prior to entering real estate, he served the country in the United States Military. These experiences instilled in me the discipline it takes to build the most powerful real estate firm in the United States. Outside of real estate, Antoine takes pride in giving back to the community and serves as a mentor, which helps high-risk, disadvantaged youth become successful adults.
